The week-long training your interpreter supported is called Certified Technical Training where our instructor teaches customers how to not only operate the equipment, but how to take it apart, put it back together again and learn how to function within the software. The words used in this training are far outside typical words used in daily conversation. The GTI interpreter fit in easily with our instructors and customer. She was timely, very professional and flexible to adjust to our training environment. She was also diligent to study the materials we had sent a week prior and showed up prepared and ready to go. Our customer had very little English speaking experience; far less than we had previously thought. I was initially concerned on the first day of training because if we had to have everything interpreted, would we be able to deliver all the information needed within the allotted timeframe? My concerns were quickly put to rest as she made the flow of information seamless, quick, and most importantly our customer demonstrated that he learned what he needed to learn –we achieved our objective! We would not have done this with without your interpreter’s support. I want to give my utmost praise and whole-hearted appreciation for the interpreting services your team provided. From a customer perspective, coordinating efforts with your account manager to the seamless transition to get the interpreter to our front door – it was a pleasure working with your team!
